Our Policy Thank you for shopping at  Mohammad Azim Furniture L.L.C it’s okay to change your mind. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. However, the cost of shipping the product to and from your doorstep will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased during the last 3 days

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product isn’t used or damaged

• The product isn’t fixed or assembled

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Shipping charges Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Shipping charges are calculated according to region. Payment & Receipts

• Please take your receipt before leaving

• All cheque and payment should be in the name of company

• We do not offer or have any warranty and guaranty of our products

نشكركم على شراء منتجات مفروشات محمد عظيم ذ م م

إن شركة مفروشات محمد عظيم ذ م م مستعدة لمساعدتكم وتغيير مذاقكم في حالة ما اذا لم ترضوا بمشترياتكم ، ونحن جاهزون لدعمكم ،

حيث إنه من امكانيتكم اعادة بضاعتنا إلينا خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ الشراء الاصلي واستبدالها بالمنتج الجديد او الحصول على قيمتها ، ولكن يتم خصم مبلغ النقل من والى أماكنكم من قيمة الاسترداد او الاستبدال.

الرجاء التأكد من وجود الامور التالية لاعادة البضائع:

  • ان لايتجاوز مدة الشراء على ثلاثة أيام.
  • وأن يكون المنتج في غلافه الاصلي.
  • وأن لايتم استعمال المنتج او تلفه.
  • وأن لا يتم تركيب او تجميع المنتج.
  • وأن يكون لديك ايصالات او فواتير الشراء.

    المنتجات التي لاتستوعب الشروط اعلاه ليست صالحة للاستبدال والارجاع.

    أجور النقل

    أن أجور نقل البضائع الحاصلة من التسليم او الاعادة غير مستردة.

    ويتم احتساب أجور النقل حسب المناطق  المرسل إليها او المعاد منها.

    الدفعات والايصالات

    • الرجاء اخذ الوصلات قبل مغادرة المعرض.
    • ان يتم سحب الشيكات والمبالغ باسم الشركة..
    • لانقدم اي ضمان او تأمين على منتجاتنا.
